Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport, HND) is 24 hours open.
Haneda airport has three buildings : International , domestic terminal1 (ANA) ,and domestic terminal2 (JAL).
While domestic terminal 1 and 2 are not 24 hours open, international teminal building itself opens 24 hours.
You can stay in international terminal for 24 hours, but most of restaurants and shops are closed at midnight.
■ The last Trains
Unfortunately, public transport (Keikyu train, Monorail,and buses) is not available for 24 hours.
Taxi is available for 24 hours but it is extremely expensive.

Weekends and holidays: 0:10 for Hamamatsu-cho

If your airplane is delayed after the last train ,or if you need to board early moning flight, you can stay overnight in international terminal.
It is possible to sleep on the chairs in the terminal building.

It costs 3300JPY per one night including midnight or early morning shuttle bus from or to Haneda airport.
You must make a reservation in advance by the website.
You can sleep on a reclining chair or in a sleeping room with other guests.

You can ask a staff to warm a lunch box up.
